How often do you feel lucky? I think most people think they don’t have great luck. They’re never the one to win the lottery or have cash fall into their lap, while other people seem to have it made.
I’ve said before that I think I’ve already won the lottery, but the truth is that we make our own luck. Someone once said, “The harder you work, the luckier you get,” and I think that’s very true. Is it surprising that people who work hard on their business seem to have it made? Sure, it’s 10-20 years down the line and they have a ton of flexibility, but they are just so lucky, right? Wrong! They worked hard and now they get to enjoy the finer things in life.
