Get a $150 Referral Bonus When You Become an Uber Driver

If you’re considering becoming an Uber driver, NOW is the time!

The referral bonus for new Uber drivers has traditionally be lower, at $50 in most cities, but Uber has increased the new driver referral bonus to $150 in many cities! The bonuses vary by city, so it may be more or less in certain cities. For example, right now it’s $300 in Washington, DC, $400 in Boston, and $500 in Los Angeles!

It’s very easy to get started, and there are only a few steps you need to take to get paid your bonus:

  • Sign up here
  • Upload all required documents to their partner dashboard
  • Get vehicle inspected
  • Complete 20 trips (this number varies by city, but should take about 3 hours of Uber driving)

When I signed up, I got paid a $50 Uber referral driver bonus after just the first Saturday night of driving for Uber. It couldn’t be easier to earn the bonus, so sign up now!

The whole process is pretty quick, and if you have any questions about the approval process, leave them below. I’m happy to answer them for you!

So what are you waiting for? Sign up to become an Uber driver here and get your $150 bonus now!

    • It varies, I have typically been seeing $20-$25/hour, but if you pick your spots and drive during surges, you can do a bit better. For example, it’s raining today and I see surges as high as 5x the normal rate.

  1. Can I use my nyc driver license or I have to change it to fla drivers license if want to work as an Uber driver in tampa?

  2. I started filling out my UBER paperwork and when I got to the part where I have to upload pics of drivers license, registration, I realized that my license number of my car was incorrect. I could not find a way to correct that and I tried logging in again but I was told that the i.d i was giving was already in their system, so I was prevented from logging in again. Can you please help an eager future UBER driver find the road to happiness?

  3. How do I get paid who sets the rate? Do I have to work nights and weekends or can I work 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.?

  4. I’ve been driving for UBER for about 3 years on and off. It’s been mostly fun. You always have to keep your vehicle clean, and yourself too. Because you’ll get lots of compliments.
