		<description>Use it or lose it. That&#039;s exactly why I have vascillated back and forth between contributing and not. I ended up buying a $400 trauma kit one year just to use it up. I don&#039;t have a lot of out of pocket regular expenses (no glasses/contacts, rarely go to the doctor, etc), so I never know if it&#039;s worth it. Sure, when you have a big fat dental bill (and those are almost invariably out of pocket beyond basic cleanings) it could come in handy, but what if you don&#039;t?

I elected to put in $240 this year; I hope I don&#039;t regret it! When I weigh possibly losing it, paying 20% extra (approx the amount of tax I pay), isn&#039;t such a big deal.</description>
